Need to print?

Attention Students: Due to COVID-19 and the new provisions that have been put in place by our governor and Allan Hancock College, we are now implementing a temporary online order and pick-up form. To enforce social distancing, we want to eliminate most (if not all) face to face contact.

*Special Note: The default paper will be white bond, please let us know if you would like a different stock. Printing is available in both color and black & white.

We offer high-speed, full color and monochrome photocopying, wide format printing up to 60", laminating, laser engraving and bindery services. On top of that, we offer professional design services.

Can I print these “cool” coupons I made that look like US currency?
Nope, sorry, it’s against the law for us to print anything that looks too much like money 
Can I buy my course packs here in Campus Graphics?
No, we do not sell course packs here but you can buy them in the Follett Bookstore. 
How much do you charge for design?
We charge $94.00 an hour for design. 
Do I need a code to print?
Students just need to type first name and last initial to print you documents. Faculty and staff need to enter their department code. 
Do you have a fax machine?
No we do not have a fax machine but the other local copy stores in the city might.

Can I scan my documents to my email or flash drive?
Yes, we charge $1.00 set up fee and .04¢ for every scanned sheet.
Why are your clowns closed on Wednesdays?
Campus Graphics closes for an hour and half every week for production and department meetings.
What is a bleed?
A bleed is when the printed image extends past the paper, to get a print to bleed requires the print to be printed on a bigger sheet then cut down to achieve the bleed. A non-bleed print has paper margins all around the image.  Since the bleed print requires a bigger sheet and cutting, it is more expensive than a non-bleed print.
Can I use the lobby computers to design or type my school work?
The office computers are reserved for print only, so please limit your time on the computers to print only projects.
How can I get my files to you?
You can bring them in on a flash drive, email them to yourself and open them on one of our lobby computers, and/or email them to hancockcampusgraphics@gmail.com
Do you guys print on Shirts/Hats/Other Clothing Items?
Not currently in-house, but we know a few folks in the area who can

PDF, tiff, jpg, gif, png, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. Best is PDF and tiff.

How big can you print?
Up to 13 x 19 on our digital printers and 60 in by 150 ft on our wide format printers

See Campus graphics AHC page for AHC timelines. Student orders, typically 24 to 48 hours.
What type of payments do you accept?
Cash, Credit Card, Checks (make checks out to Allan Hancock College Campus Graphics). 
Are you open on the weekends?
Not at this time

Yes, as long as it is for person use (not for sale or for profit) or for a non-profit organization (Tax ID required)
